'I always find myself tired and moody after a long day's work. Relying on my own motivation to exercise is almost impossible, so I'd figure having someone to come to the house is a practical solution. It didn't take long for Rob to figure out my strengths and weaknesses. Having to improve my weakness means hard works but Rob has always managed to come up with different exercises to keep the workouts interesting. It is important that he works me hard while not dulling my thirst for the next session. Rob has also explained each exercise clearly which maximises the effects. To be able to exercise properly and regularly has definitely improve my overall fitness and spirit.'

'Thank you so much for sending around a therapist at short notice to work a deep tissue knot from my shoulder. It worked a treat. What I found to be different from other masseurs was you ability to warm up the muscle, and the area surrounding it, so when working the knot this was not as sensitive or painful. I have recovered the full movement in my shoulder and I can continue with my day to day activity and even start running again'

'I set Younique Fitness a hard task – meeting every 3 weeks for only 10 sessions, whilst doing quite a lot of work by myself in the meantime. This meant that my fitness level changed quite a lot in between sessions. Janet, my Younique Trainer was very quick to grasp my level of fitness each time and adapt the session appropriately. We were also restricted to my house and garden (due to small baby) and again, Janet coped admirably with the setting. My technique has certainly improved and due to her clear explanations of each exercise, I am now more aware about what I am achieving with each exercise and the different levels at which they can be carried out. Thanks for putting me in touch with Stephen. I have really enjoyed training with him. I'm very glad I found Younique and signed up for personal training sessions. 'Suffering from an injury like shin splints is always a blow to anyone training for competitive running or someone like me who just enjoys running regularly. Fortunately I approached Younique Fitness for some treatment. Younique offered me expert advice and a full course of sports massage - during the treatment I was talked through exactly how the damage occurs and what needs to happen for the leg to mend. The massage sped up the healing process and in addition I was advised on a full training programme to prevent the injury in the future. I cannot recommend Younique enough. They were extremely professional and helpful, offering a solution for the future and encouragement throughout. The injury that has plagued me for some time now has finally been put to rest and I am able to enjoy my runs once again!'
