before commencing an exercise programme with us. Younique Fitness
Limited may require medical clearance from your doctor and please
note that there may be a charge from your doctor in order to provide
this. Younique Fitness Limited will advice and instruct only after
a range of detailed health and fitness appraisals have been undertaken.
Younique Fitness Limited have the right to decline a client who
has not provided a GP referral if requested. The difference in a
person's age, health, fitness level, and other important factors
may affect the ability to participate in exercise and may not be
appropriate for everyone.
Information contained in this web site that is used without adherence
and clearance to Younique Fitness Limited client instruction and
engagement procedure, is done so at your own risk. Your statutory
rights are not affected. Younique Fitness Limited accept no liability
for the content of articles and information that may appear on this
web site. Younique Fitness Limited accept no liability for the contents

2 :: Younique Fitness's liability is not limited
in any way in relation to any personal injury or death caused by
our negligence. You enter an exercise programme at entirely your
own risk. Please consult a medical doctor before engaging in any
physical activity. Please note that all payments must be received
in advance by debit card, credit card or cleared cheques and bank
transfers. Standing orders and direct debits are also accepted.
All payments are non refundable.
3 :: Younique Fitness will supply you with a personal
trainer who will design a programme of exercise taking into account
your goals, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes. It is
understood between client and trainer that both will commit to the
programme and give 100% effort.
4 :: Younique Fitness Limited will closely audit
the professionalism and standard of service and care you receive
from a trainer and throughout your programme we will regularly contact
you via telephone, email, letter or a face to face meeting to ensure
that you are totally happy and satisfied with your trainer and with
your own progression.
